Algerian financial law

Our firm has a recognized expertise in Algerian financial law.

We help clients set up project finance arrangements governed at least in part by Algerian financial law  to achieve large scale mainly  infrastructure projects. Besides our expertise in Algerian financial law, our Algerian lawyers are highly skilled in negotiation and drafting turnkey and EPC contracts, as well as maintenance contracts, backed on finance agreements that are at least partially subject to Algerian financial law. 

We offer clients our experience of Algerian financial law applied to the financing of transferable and non-transferable asset acquisition.  We regularly advise several important international investment funds on Algerian financial law.

We are also the regular legal advisor to several international financial institutions regarding the impact of Algerian financial law on their activities. We have excellent relations with the Algerian financial authorities (Bank of Algeria, Ministry of Economy and Finance) responsible for formulating and controlling the Algerian financial law.
