Algerian public law is ever-present in almost every business venture in Algeria.

Our firm carries out significant amounts of work in all the traditional Algerian public law:  Algerian administrative law, Algerian procurement law. We also advise on the new areas of Algerian public law.

This experience enables us to assist our clients when they participate in operations in sectors as varied as energy, mining, electricity, hydraulics, telecommunications, public works, transport, privatizations, and the private sector's participation in public service infrastructures.

We assist our clients in the preparation of tenders and bids in procedures under the Algerian Public Procurement law. Our activities focus on:

·                  Representation of tenderers.
·                  Assistance to tenderers in the preparation and submission of bids.
·                  Providing ongoing legal and tax advice during the tender process.
·                  Assistance in negotiating ond/or amending the contract proposed  the adminsitration in the
              framework of the public tendering.

In addition to supporting our clients in public tender procedures, our practice focuses on representing them in disputes on violations of the Algerian procurement regulations and in litigation related to State contract subject to Algerian law.
