The law of Algeria, the law of Libya, the law of Morocco and the laws of the Gulf States are characterized by their highly changeable nature, because notably of the following events:

-- Free trade agreements with the European Communities, and /or the USA,
-- Accession to the World Trade Organization,
-- Acceleration of the globalization.

which have resulted in a revision and appropriate adaptations in all areas of: the Algerian business law, the Libyan business law, the Moroccan business law, and the business laws of the Gulf States. These changes of the legal systems of Algeria, Libya, Morocco and the Gulf States are still underway and will extend over several years.
