We advise clients on contracts relating to credit, guarantee and security arrangement, deposits, escrow agreement, and payment methods subject at least partly to Libyan law in general and to Libyan financial law in particular. 

We help clients set up project finance arrangements governed at least in part by Libyan financial law  to achieve large scale mainly  infrastructure projects. Besides our expertise in Libyan financial law, our Libyan lawyers are highly skilled in negotiation and drafting turnkey and EPC contracts, as well as maintenance contracts, backed on finance agreements that are at least partially subject to Libyan financial law.
