Libyan international arbitration law

Our firm is qualified and has respected experience in international arbitration, both in the role of advisor and the role of arbiter, notably when one of the parties is a Libyan legal body and/or when the root of the dispute is governed by Libyan law.

Generally, our firm is active in international arbitration in terms of institutional and ad hoc arbitration procedures in all our practice areas. We have mainly acted in international arbitration procedures relating to infrastructure projects, construction projects, production and/or service investments, supply contracts and distribution agreements.

We help clients at all stages of the international arbitration process.
We thus help with drafting the arbitration clause, defining an arbitration strategy, and representing the client in arbitration proceedings.

We are also able to appeal to the state courts, Libyan or foreign, firstly in order to guarantee that the arbitration procedure runs smoothly, secondly to obtain measures of conservation and provisional measures, and finally at the stage of the execution of the award.
