Our firm has carried out significant amounts of work in all the traditional Libyan public law:  Libyan administrative law, Libyan procurement law. We also advise on the new areas of Libyan public law.

This experience in Libyan public law enables us to assist our international clients when they participate in tendering in sectors as varied as energy, mining, electricity, hydraulics, telecommunications, public works, transport, banking, privatizations; and the private sector's participation in public service infrastructures.

We assist our clients in the preparation of tenders and bids in procedures under the Libyan Public Procurement law. Our activities focus on:

·                  Assistance to tenderers in the preparation and submission of bids
·                  Ongoing legal and tax advice during the tender process
·                  Assistance in negotiation and drafting of contracts following the competitive tender process.

In addition to supporting our clients in public tender procedures, our practice focuses on representing in litigation related to State contract subject to Libyan law.
