Libyan public law is ever-present in almost every business venture in Libya. Our firm carries out significant amounts of work in all the traditional Libyan public law: Libyan administrative law, Libyan procurement law. We also advise on the new areas of Libyan public law.

We assist our clients in the preparation of tenders and bids in procedures under the Libyan Public Procurement law. Our activities regarding the Libyan Public Procurement Law focus on:
