Moroccan banking law

  Our firm provides advice on all aspects of Moroccan banking law to banks, insurers, brokers, asset managers, and investment banks on a broad range of transactions, regulation and structural issues.

We advise clients on contracts relating to credit, guarantee and security arrangement, deposits, escrow agreement, and payment methods subject at least partly to Moroccan law in general and to Moroccan banking law in particular.

We help clients set up project finance arrangements governed at least in part by Moroccan banking law  to achieve large scale mainly  infrastructure projects.
