   Our firm is active in Moroccan maritime law, principally in the realms of trade, chartering and international sales. We advise clients on drafting contracts that are at least partially governed by Moroccan maritime law. We are thus active in all aspects of the life of a ship (finance, construction, use, and arrest).Aside from this work in standard Moroccan maritime law, our firm is acknowledged as a specialist in Moroccan law on the protection of the marine environment.

In this respect, we have been engaged several times in cases where it was essential to take account of Moroccan law for the prevention of major marine pollution, particularly by hydrocarbons.
