As such, we help clients create appropriate legal and fiscal vehicles, notably sales offices, branches, joint ventures, also in accordance with the new Saudi Arabian foreign investment law.

Apart from drafting contracts, we also assume responsibility for all dealings with the authorities (declarations, registration, etc.), required by the Saudi Arabian foreign investment law.
